Charge block situations always seem to get on peoples nerves. So if you want too be a better than average referee it’s smart to train yourself in recognizing what happens in a contact situation.
This one is from the FIBA teaching materials from some years ago, but I’m sure there are lots of visitors that never seen this one. I’d love to hear your call: Is it a charge or a block? And why?
